This policy explains what CT Pro Concrete Leveling does with the personal information you give us. We're a small local contractor, not a data business, and this policy is deliberately short because what we do with your details is deliberately simple.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, which typically means:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • The town or address where the concrete work is needed
  • Details of the problem you're describing, including any photos or photo links you share
  • Records of calls, messages and emails between us

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit this website, such as pages viewed and the general source of the visit, through standard analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and arrange a free on-site inspection
  • Prepare and send you a written quote
  • Carry out and schedule the work if you go ahead
  • Keep a record of the job, including before and after photographs
  • Contact you about the specific work you enquired about

We do not send marketing email to people who have only requested a quote unless they've asked us to.

3. Call Recording and Lead Tracking

Inbound calls run through a call tracking number so that inquiries are logged and auditable. Calls may be recorded for that purpose. Form submissions are delivered to us by our lead capture provider and copied to the business partners responsible for handling inquiries.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who operate our contact form, call tracking and email systems
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers where genuinely necessary
  • Authorities where we are required to by law

5. Photographs of Work

We photograph the jobs we do, before and after, and may use those images on this website, in quotes and in marketing material. Photographs are of the concrete, not of people, and we do not publish the street address of a property without permission. If you'd prefer photos of your property not to be used publicly, tell us and we'll note it against the job.

6. Data Security

We use appropriate measures to protect the information you give us from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we hold very little about you and we don't keep it longer than we need it.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information where we have no ongoing need for it
  • Stop contacting you
