Why the Response Times Differ
Map placement runs off proximity, and Berlin sits in the south of the county. Berlin, New Britain, Newington, Rocky Hill, Plainville and Wethersfield are a short run and get same-day or next-day response. West Hartford and Glastonbury are 12 to 14 miles and book within the week. Avon, Simsbury, Granby, Suffield and Enfield are 20 to 30 miles and get scheduled properly rather than squeezed in.
What doesn't change with distance is the price of finding out. The on-site inspection and the written quote are free in every town on this page.
