1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or engaging CT Pro Concrete Leveling to carry out work, you agree to these terms and to all applicable Connecticut law and regulation. If a written quote or contract we give you says something different from this page, the written quote or contract wins.

2. Services We Provide

CT Pro Concrete Leveling provides polyurethane concrete lifting and related slab repair, including:

  • Concrete Steps & Stoop Lifting

  • Joint Sealing & Crack Repair

We do not carry out foundation underpinning, structural repair, seawall or bulkhead work, or municipal and DOT infrastructure contracts. Where an inspection indicates the problem is structural rather than a settled slab, we will say so and decline the work.

3. Inspections and Quotes

The on-site inspection and the written quote are provided free of charge and place you under no obligation. The quote is based on what is measurable and observable on the day: square footage, lift height, void volume, slab condition and access.

The quoted price is the price for the scope described. If conditions materially different from those observed are discovered once work begins — for example a substantially larger void, or buried services not identified at inspection — we will stop, explain what has changed, and agree any revised figure with you before continuing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in $ US dollars. Payment terms are confirmed at the time the work is booked. We accept the payment methods listed on our quotes. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the quote.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Concrete lifting is weather-sensitive and outdoor work may be rescheduled where conditions make a proper job impossible. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window may attract a charge where materials have been allocated or a crew mobilised.

6. Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for clearing the items we identify at booking — vehicles, stored contents, furniture and similar. You should tell us about any buried utilities, irrigation lines, pool plumbing, radiant heating or other services beneath or adjacent to the slab that you are aware of. We plan port patterns around what we are told about and what we can identify on site.

7. What Concrete Lifting Can and Cannot Do

Concrete lifting raises settled slabs by filling the void beneath them. It does not repair deteriorated concrete, reverse surface spalling, or address upward movement caused by tree root heave or expansive soil pressure. Where a slab is too deteriorated to be lifted as a unit, we will recommend replacement rather than proceeding.

Concrete is a variable material. Existing cracks may open or extend during a lift, and we will discuss that risk with you where a slab's condition makes it more likely.

8. Material Performance Claims

Any statement about the service life or physical properties of the polyurethane we install derives from the material manufacturer's published data and is attributed as such. We do not represent manufacturer data as our own performance record.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CT Pro Concrete Leveling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Licensing and Insurance

CT Pro Concrete Leveling holds Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and carries general liability insurance. Registration and insurance details are provided on written quotes and on request.

11. Website Content

Content on this website — including guides, service pages and cost information — is general information about concrete settlement and repair. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific property, and it should not be relied on as a diagnosis or as legal, engineering or insurance advice.
